A series of objects and drawings made in the last weeks of pregnancy - for the show Weighty Concerns at The Clay Studio - shown with drinking cups and perfumes made during two artists residencies in years prior.

Just after the 2016 election, I was an artist in residence at Vermont Studio Center. Winter 2017 was an experiment in making and repair. Using materials found within walking distance of the studio, and instructions from the book "25 Kites That Fly" by Leslie Hunt, I tried to teach myself to make and fly kites in the middle of winter.

2011 Lost Worlds on Television is a performance of "Microscopia" the play by Jacques-Alain Miller that serves as an introduction to the Book "Television" In this production I play "she" and a flower arrangement that disappeared from Lacan's 1973 television program appears in my space in the role of the "I"

An instillation of two videos played on either side of a low wall. In one, I appear (and disappear) as an apparition - superimposed into a video of a lecture by the famous intellectual and philosopher Helene Cixous. In the accompanying video, I listen to a translation of the exposition by friend and translator Dani Frid Rossi. The overlapping audio creates disruption and difficulty for comprehension.

A four and a half hour performance wherein I checked Ivan Illich's "Deschooling Society" out of the Temple University library and read it aloud to the surveillance camera that monitors the bell tower area outside of the library - one of the university's designated "free speech zones" and most popular public gathering spaces. The captured video has no sound.
